The Problem

Where valuable time
gets lost.

Whether in an engineering team or a technical business, qualified specialists spend time every day searching, coordinating, transferring and documenting information.

Typical recurring tasks
  • Reviewing enquiries and emails
  • Gathering information for quotations
  • Coordinating schedules and field work
  • Preparing status updates and handovers
  • Creating documents and records
  • Searching across systems

These tasks are necessary. But they do not need to remain fully manual in every process.

Vylorin makes time losses visible, examines their causes and evaluates which workflows can be simplified or automated in a meaningful way.

Reclaim time
Simplify recurring administrative work so qualified employees have more time for technical work, customers and projects.
Make workflows reliable
Provide information in a structured way, improve handovers and reduce unnecessary follow-up across people and systems.
Time savings are measurable. A study of over 7,000 knowledge workers across 66 companies found that employees who actively used an AI tool integrated into daily work saved around two hours per week on email, later in a six-month experiment. How much applies in any single case depends on the process. Source: NBER Working Paper 33795
Fields of Application

Different working environments.
Similar time losses.

The focus is on engineering and technical project teams. The same principle carries further: it helps wherever technical specialist work is slowed down by recurring coordination and documentation. Where the structure and systems are comparable, the same approach carries over.

Focus: Engineering & technical project teams

Support complex projects more effectively

Documentation, project status, knowledge retrieval and handovers across several systems consume development and project time. Vylorin connects information and supports recurring workflows without replacing technical responsibility.

  • Requirements and testing
  • Technical documentation
  • Project status and reporting
  • Knowledge management
  • Cross-system handovers
  • Document analysis
Our Approach

From a concrete problem
to a productive solution.

We do not start with a tool. We start with the actual workflow. Each step creates a sound basis for decisions and a clearly defined result.

The initial conversation is without obligation. Analysis, concept and implementation are clearly separate steps. After each step, a decision is made on how to proceed.

01

Understand the problem

We look at where day-to-day work loses time to searching, coordinating and repeating, concretely on real workflows.

ResultA clear picture of the problem and the next sensible step.
02

Check the potential

We measure how often and how long the task occurs, which systems and roles are involved, and where it regularly breaks down.

ResultSolid numbers on what’s worth doing and what isn’t.
03

Build the solution

We develop the right tool: integrated into existing systems, tailored to your workflow. Not a demo, but something to work with.

ResultA working solution that genuinely removes the effort.
04

Test it in operation

The solution runs with the people who use it, under real conditions and is refined until it holds up in everyday work.

ResultA proven solution whose benefit is visible.
05

Put it into operation

Training, documentation and a clean handover ensure the solution keeps running without us.

ResultStable operation and a foundation to build on.
Our Perspective

Rooted in technical practice.
Built for better workflows.

Vylorin grew out of ten years of engineering experience in product development (SCR retrofit and control units, as well as special-purpose machinery and test engineering), from development engineer through project coordination/management and test management. The underlying observation goes beyond development departments: qualified specialists spend too much time searching, coordinating, transferring and documenting information.

Vylorin combines technical process understanding with digital implementation. We develop solutions that fit the business, its existing systems and the actual working environment.

The result is not an isolated demonstration, but a transparent, integrable and sustainable solution.

Specialists should spend their time where experience, judgement and technical skill make the difference. That conviction drives Vylorin.

Which process is consuming
unnecessary time?

A concrete bottleneck is enough as a starting point. Together, we assess whether a deeper analysis is worthwhile.

Whether you lead a technical team, run a trade or service business, or work with the workflow every day: briefly describe what happens today and where the greatest effort occurs.

Describe the concrete bottleneck.
No lengthy form. Three details help us with the initial assessment:
The problem
Which task regularly consumes a disproportionate amount of time?
Industry and context
In which technical environment and process does it occur?
Your role
From which perspective do you experience or own the workflow?
